Customer Success Manager Surface (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Customer Success Manager and "evangelist" for Microsoft Surface devices within Modern Workplace solutions portfolio
  • Assist large German enterprise customers to be more successful and efficient by using Microsoft Surface and Modern Workplace solutions in cooperation with sales / functional / support experts
  • Strong and proactive focus on customer decision makers to ensure optimum adoption and scaling to achieve maximum re-investment and retention of Surface and Microsoft 365 products and solutions
  • Close co-operation with Surface product group to solve technical issues
  • Comprehensive coverage and orchestration of after-sales spectrum: technical, services portfolio and end-user / IT adoption

Your skills

  •  A passion and understanding for technology (Cloud Services and PCs / Laptops)
  • Experience in PC / hardware sales or presales / post-sales support
  • Experience in Customer Success Management
  • Experience in technology solutions sales, technical account management, IT or similar technology experience
  • Previous experience with hardware management
  • Previous IT industry experience desirable as well as any relevant IT specific qualifications (i.e. MCSE/MCSA)
  • Able to work successfully within a virtual team environment
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
