For our customer, an internationally operating sports goods producer, we will fill the following position for the Munich/Lyon/Barcelona location (or 100 % remote) as soon as possible:

HR Business Partner (m/f/d) EMEA

Your tasks

  • Coordinate and provide support relating to day to day HR matters on a regional level for the customer's offices in the EMEA region
  • Facilitate the implementation and organization of new HR key processes and HR tools
  • Support the International Payroll Specialist and manage third party providers
  • Design and deliver training to managers and employees
  • Work closely together with the outsourced recruitment provider and aid managers in designing fitting job descriptions and conducting interviews
  • Coordinate on-boarding and exit processes

Your skills

  • University degree preferably in Business Administration or Human Resources
  • Several years of HR experience in an international environment
  • Thorough knowledge of international employment law practices and collective agreements (esp. French)
  • Experience in working with works councils
  • Fluent English - German, French and/or Spanish knowledge an advantage
  • Excellent communicatin skills and high level of emotional intelligence
  • First experience in facilitating carve-outs of business units an adavantage
