Operations Administrator (m/w/d) (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Manage the countersignature (physical and digital) of all Services contracts
  • Dispatch of physical timesheets, invoices and contracts for German service customers
  • Administrative processing of physical purchase orders, invoices and other postal documents
  • Daily interaction with teams in Germany and other european countries

Your skills

  • Bachelors degree or comparable apprenticeship
  • Min. 1 year of experience, ideally in an international environment
  • Fluent in English and German and familiar with Microsoft tools
  • Hands-on, confidential, self-organized, flexible and assertive
