Partner & Community Development Manager (m/f/d)

Ihr Aufgabenprofil

  • Engage a targeted community of cloud native app development partners with compelling value propositions of how they might grow their businesses on Azure
  • Refresh and modernize our cloud native partner community model in partnership with our developer audience team
  • Manage community-driven events focused on technical and business development for the partner ecosystem
  • Work with the cloud native recruiting team to transition partners beyond their first steps working with Microsoft to a sustainable and collaborative business model
  • Work with the developer audience team to engage partners in joint marketing activities, including 3rd party events

Ihr Qualifikationsprofil

  • Ideally first professional (1-3 years) experience in customer or partner facing role with a focus on software development and community building
  • Good general understanding of software development, current trends and market insights
  • Ability to translate insights into clear actions
  • Familiarity with open source tools, developer topics or good understanding of the developer audience in Germany, or willingness to learn
  • Experience in community building, event organization, social media, and the creation of modern marketing campaigns
  • Comfortability with an agile work environment and openness to experiment
