Partner Development Manager (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Day-to-day partner management support and co-responsibility for management, communication, and execution of partner sales plans incl. demand and supply management for German Pixel partners
  • Support Category Lead & Partner Managers to activate marketing/promotional activities to deliver sales targets with focus on major online sales platforms 
  • Prepare partner specific analyses and business reviews as well as pitches of new products
  • Manage partner specific projects like new product launches in a cross-functional fashion
  • Identify proactively new sales opportunities with partner and drive them into approval and execution
  • Support contracting and settlement activities with partner

Your skills

  • BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience) 
  • Skills in online sales and marketing on major e-commerce platforms e.g. amazon.de
  • Emphatic and well structured communication skills for successfully establishing a trusted account relationship delivering against commercial targets
  • German fluent in speech & writing (native), English fluent in speech & writing
  • Ability to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally and across all management levels within Google and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with writing consumer-facing copy
