Your tasks
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders of different management levels over different channels
- Design and development of a clear communication strategy for the Global Data Platform
- Support of the team in the project environment and coordination of project requests
- Support in the preparation of business documents
- PMO tasks like support of project plans and schedule preparation/reconciliation
Your skills
- Experience in Project Management (reporting, meetings, Stakeholdermanagement, Team Support)
- Establishing efficient processes and standard operating procedures including monitoring, reporting & communication
- Strong background in PMO office
- Working experience in project- and process management within and Insurance environment highly beneficial
- Proven team-player with strong communication skills and organizational skills
- English fluent (written & spoken)
