Your tasks
- Implementation of a global CRM strategy in alignment with appliance brands to sustain our overall communication goals along the CEJ
- CRM Content production & maintanance based on KPI Learnings
- Manage the communication aspects of the introduction of a new groud-wide single sign-on solution for our consumers
- Conceptualize & implement the global PR strategy for Home Connect
- Ensure relevant, consistent & up-to-date Home Connect content on product detail pages of appliance brands & dealers
Your skills
- Studies in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology or similar
- Work experience of 5 years in social media marketing
- Up to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Skills in CRM, Analytics
- Fluent English and German
