Solutions Specialist Education Solutions / Modern Workplace (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • 50% - Build and transform new markets and lead transformational shifts in our customers. Develop, communicate and provide high business impact solutions that enable digital transformation
  • 30% - Disciplined in business-management; adaptable to a culture of accountability; build a strong and active business network; meets sales targets and operational standards.
  • 20% - Maintain and develop a positive Customer and Partner Experience (CPE)
  • Understand the Education industry vertical solutions being delivered by Microsoft, and help identify key local partners (if necessary), that can help deliver those solutions in conjunction with the Microsoft Education Enterprise Channel Manager. Ensure you are able to deliver the complete Microsoft Education value proposition to our Education customers, which includes not only first party products, but are enhanced through capabilities that our partners can provide on the Microsoft stack.
  • Be the Modern Workplace sales leader and expert for your assigned set of Accounts 
  • Own and drive new revenue growth for Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions within assigned accounts by setting and achieving monthly sales forecasts
  • Deliver customer business transformation and success through accelerated adoption and usage resulting in customer references that can be leveraged in future sales engagements. Compete aggressively and proactively to win new business and share through differentiated customer business value.

Your skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equal
  • 5-8 years of related experience
  • Strong experience positioning education solutions to education decision makers both hardware and software, including cloud and devices.
  • Demonstrated expertise positioning education solutions to senior education decision makers by reinforcing the technology value to the customer’s overall business pain and/or strategic opportunities.
  • Great communicator – being able to present, demonstrate and articulate value propositions to small groups and large audiences.
  • Technically astute – can convey complex issues and solutions in clear terms and recommend cutting edge solutions to 1:1 challenges based on them.
  • Experience in our MS Office Tools (MS Teams, PowerPoint, Excel e.g.)
  • Very good communication skills in English and German
