Your Job Description
- Collaborate with local Partner Development Manager team for Microsoft Surface to build channel marketing and transformation plans for key resellers
- Support ensuring compliance of partner marketing plans, monitor and track execution, and take corrective actions
- Co-create, coordinate and execute internal as well as partner driven GTM campaigns and initiatives e.g. events, customer workshops and webinars
- Recommend marketing actions to increase partner engagement e.g. creative brainstorming, wire-framing and layout for paid demand generation, social media campaigns and partner website experiences
- Perform data analytics on co-driven campaigns and highlight local digital trends, capturing and sharing key insights, learnings, best practices
- Stay familiar and informed with the latest digital sales and B2B marketing trends, platforms, behaviours and tools to develop innovative methods and marketing ideas
- Support with end-to-end operations enablement and execution, e.g. Marketing Development Fund requests, Purchase Orders, Proof of Execution, etc.
- Evangelizes and advocates for Microsoft Surface products to help maximize sell-through, profitability, and partner advocacy
- Align with internal teams and proactively communicate promotions and programs internally and externally
- Collaborate and coordinate external agencies for successful execution of channel communication
Your qualification profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- 3+ years experience in retail, business development, channel marketing or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience
- Experience marketing IT Hardware devices or Software
- Experience in online & offline Marketing with a successful track record of campaign/program management and strategic execution
- Expert in (at least one area): Demand Generation, Data Analytics, or Digital or Content Marketing
- Excellent communication skills and strong project management skills
- Demonstrated skills in reporting and data analysis using different tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects while making decisions about key priorities
- Results oriented team player who can work independently
- Fast learner, diligent, ambitious, and persistent - in other words, someone that welcomes a challenge
- Business fluency in both English and German is required
