Your personal mission statement

  • Set the training agenda and KPIs for all our OEM and retail partners based on assessment of training need and strategic priorities
  • Own, develop and manage local training and advocacy programs and projects
  • Ensure execution of the training agenda in collaboration with our third-party vendor teams
  • Oversee local Chromebook partner education (OEM ad retailer) in collaboration with our central teams
  • Cascade globally created content and programs and localise where necessary
  • Collaborate with local third-party vendors and field teams responsible for executing training, and manage relationships with retailers’ training leads
  • Track product knowledge levels and drive improvements through training
  • Lead the creation, coordination and follow-up of training events and Ambassador / engagement programs that create delightful experiences for retailer sales associates
  • Ensure we have the right third-party resources in the ground in each market to delivered the required training
  • Creating Training Materials

Your qualification profile

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • +3 years experience in building and executing comprehensive, dynamic training programs, preferably in a retail and/or consumer electronics environment
  • Well versed in adult learning and blended learning methodologies Capable with instructional design
  • Delivery and evaluation of training solutions Strong interest in consumer electronics and computing, and the technical details of these products
  • Track record of effectively managing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong strategic mindset and ability to convert strategy into action 
  • Willingness to travel 
  • Ability to speak and write in English and German fluently
  • Understanding of the Nordic, German and Polish retail landscape, and experience working with various retail partners
