Your Job Description
- Operational implementation of driving events
- Responsibility for different sub-areas as well as ensuring a smooth course of events
- Supervision of various events in different worldwide locations
- Continuous further development of the customer experience as well as co-design of future brand experience programs
- Coordination of internal and external trades, suppliers and partners
- Conception of presentations, offers and cost calculations
- Updating of budget and project status as well as preparation of reports and evaluations
Your qualification profile
- Successfully completed studies
- First professional experience in the field of event or project management
- Strong customer-, service- and quality orientation
- High affinity for the automotive industry
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products
- Very good knowledge of finnish and english
