Your Job Description

  • Identify key stakeholders within the company to build network and contribute to cross-team collaborations
  • Develop relationships with customers, acting as a product SME for customers/agencies
  • Coordinate timelines, goals, and objectives for assigned components of a project
  • Exercise working knowledge of translating client business models/needs into product adoption opportunities
  • Support identification of revenue and growth opportunities within the market and customer
  • Seek out deeper knowledge of products and competitive landscape through stretch opportunities
  • Creation and delivery of pitches and workshops
  • Craft and deliver solutions and workshops to clients and agencies to meet business objectives
  • Help drive provision of feedback and identification of new business cases on how products and processes may be improved to simplify complex product optimizations and workflow
  • Execute sales/product strategies within verticals to specific clients to meet desired outcomes with limited guidance
  • Help manage expectations and maintain relationships with one or more stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals with minimal guidance

Your qualification profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, International Management, AND 3+ years digital, retail, account management, marketing, retail sales, or commercial sales experience
  • Several years of professional experience in business development, key-account management or industry or product management
  • High competence in the application of methods and tools of market analysis, strategic marketing and the interpretation of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Quick grasp of technical contexts as well as a quick recognition of industry trends
  • Customer research knowledge of the customer's organization, industry, competition, and end-customers
  • Knowledge of product areas and the key trends
  • Ability to articulate how customers and partners can use products, services and solutions to identify needs, solve problems and drive growth
  • Ability to discover opportunities to deliver expanded customer value by effectively managing the pipeline throughout the entire sales/customer lifecycle
  • Ability to gain commitment to a product, service, or idea from partners, customers, and stakeholders using data and appropriate communication or storytelling methods
  • Ability to interact confidently, clearly and respectfully with others, especially senior leaders of the organization
  • Fluent English and German required
