Your Job Description
- Create report delivery processes and dashboards that provide regional status views and raise awareness around growth trends, pipeline composition and account management
- Set up marketing performance reporting to marketing leads on event registration quality and quantity
- Directly manage ad-hoc executive requests
- Develop regional marketing strategies and actionable recommendations in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Intensify marketing pipeline development by identifying un-targeted accounts and enhancing events marketing efforts
- Establishe a structure and design to present performance and learnings that formed the basis for leadership reviews, all hands meetings to discuss future plans
Your qualification profile
- Successfully completed studies in the field of marketing or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the field of marketing operations
- Good understanding of processes as well as understanding of dashboards
- Understanding of topics such as conversion rate, pipeline analysis and mailing
- Being able to assess to what extent the performance according to the benchmark is good or bad
- Affinity for numbers, tech and data
- Adept at working with SQL and Salesforce
- Business fluent German and English skills
