Your Job Description

Support specialist for 2 products: An internal booking system for employees and an e-commerce website for customers
Responsible for assigned support cases and tracking until the case is closed or assigned to another department
Responsible for categorising requests according to priority and meeting the required SLAs
L1 support for internal users and L2 support for external users
Responding to product enquiries and technical support requests
Product testing to ensure that the development team meets the client's initial requirements
Provide advice on new features or changes based on tickets
Maintain documentation for all support activities, including product development, enhancement, engineering and marketing activities
Develop training materials and conduct training for new product launches
Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities

Your qualification profile

Completed studies in computer science with a business orientation, e.g. business informatics or a comparable qualification
First professional experience - at least 3 years
Industry knowledge: E-commerce, online payment
Experience with tools: MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, Abstract, MIRO, etc.
Basic knowledge of SQL and IT infrastructure
Fluent in English and German
Very good communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal and management skills in dealing with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams as well as third parties
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Basic experience or interest in a field such as product management / business analysis
