Your Job Description
- Supporting Product Management interface
- Coordinating product ideation with the markets to gain real world insights on future product demand and presenting deliverables to the product management teams
- Analyzing market performance and competitor benchmarks to provide recommendations regarding product portfolio for new and existing markets to C-Level audience
- Supporting Communication, Channel & Customer Management
- Development and coordination of an end-to-end customer journey, across all channels (In-Car, App, Store, etc.)
- Development of a customer care process and steering implementation across the markets
Your qualification profile
- You hold a bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in a business or economics area
- Fluent in German and English
- At least 3-5 years experience working in product management or customer-oriented functions
- Experience with project management, agile methods, and digital product affinity
- Professional working level in creating presentations up to C-level
- Knowledge of project tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira, Palantir Impact)
- Affinity with technology
