Your Job Description
- Project management in the RFI/RFP phase
- Planning and coordination as well as elaboration of selection point system
- Organize and document workshop
- If necessary, prepare cases for coordination
- Stakeholder management internal & external
- Interface management between vendors and our client
Your qualification profile
- Experience in RFI/RFP selection with larger companies
- Experience in running big / complex software selection processes incl. Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Knowledge in tool evaluation process (for Suites)
- Experience in big implementations of CRM / service management / contact center suites
- Moderation skills as well as the ability to manage stakeholders with not completely aligned requirements
- Fluent English (project language)
