Your Job Description
- Develop customized itineraries for guest groups
- Collaborate with internal teams on conceptualizing the hospitality program per guest group
- Provide regular updates on itineraries
- Being single point of contact for guests and central interface between guests and internal service provider
- Liaise with various operational units to coordinate all program elements, i.e. transportation, venue management, services
- Develop participant lists per day
- Meet and greet all guests at check-in to ensure that check-in process runs smoothly, escort VIPs if requested
- Manage multiple demanding tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Your qualification profile
- University degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Sports Management or related disciplines
- Multi-year work experience in an international environment, ideally in a service-driven environment or sponsorship of other major international sports events
- Experience in working across multiple internal teams
- Expertise in Project Management
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational talent with quick perception and excellent communication skills
- Excellent skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel to Paris from July until September 2024
- Excellent command of English written and spoken, French language skills as advantage
