Your Job Description
- Collaborate with the internal teams to update the participant management system (room assignments, special requests, etc.)
- Interact with hotel front office team, constant updating of rooming lists per day including special requests
- Assign room/suite categories based on priority and VIP list
- Work hand-in-hand with hotel housekeeping to conduct a thorough room inspection prior to program inception and to create efficient ‘turn day’ including turn-down requirements
- Coordinate all logistical requirements with hotel for efficient satellite check-in and express check-out including necessary coverage during peak check-in times
- Responsible for signing off daily FB check and monitor FB actuals and works with Hotel FB-team to confirm menu, schedule, number guarantee, etc.
- Supervises the atmosphere and brand experience at function spaces and hospitality area
Your qualification profile
- University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Event Management, or related discipline
- Multi-year work experience in an international environment, ideally in a service-driven environment or in client facing roles
- Expertise in Project Management
- Excellent command of English written and spoken, French language skills as advantage
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organizational talent with quick perception and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel to Paris from July until September 2024
