Your Job Description

Participate in the definition of the QE strategy in aligenment with clients strategy
Establish, manage and deliver the 2023 WE roadmap by finding the right balance between the requirements of the organization and the needs of the QE domain
Foster partnership between the QE domain and product teams/ other domains to enable effective collaboration
Coordinate closely with the Head of QE domain to develop the initiative execution in alignement with the clients WoW and establish KPIs to monitor implementation across all QE initiatives
Develop and analyze the initiative requirements and ensure that the required scoping is undertaken and completed
Coordinate the efforts of the various stakeholders in the identificiation and framing of the best solutions and facilitate their implementation
Monitor assigned initiatives progress on a routine basis and work closely with different product teams and domains to ensure timely course corrections as needed

Your qualification profile

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (engineering, project management, IT related field of study)
Significant senior level project management experience, typically leading projects in complex technical environment.
Significant representation of the QE field, interaction and collaboration with various teams of the clients technology and its international subsidiaries
Recognized expertise in planning and implementing successful complex projects with a proven ability to identify and manage priorities, integrate and leverage resources, processes and tools to set and achieve strategic objectives
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software delivery process and E-commerce/Retail technologies
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is a really advantage
Practical experience in using Xray, as well as Atlassian Jira/Confluence
