Your personal mission statement
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and team events
- Complete travel organisation and assistance with Visas and ESTAs
- Contract negotiations with hotels in the USA and completing logistics and organizsation for team members in San Francisco
- Coordinate and organize presentation tools and material
- Enter and coordinate contracts
Your qualification profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- First experience working as team assistant or personal assistant
- Fluent in English, speaking German is a plus
- Well organized and structured, as well as able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
- Flexibility and a hands-on mentality
What we offer you

- Working part time or full time (at least 20h/week)
