Your personal mission statement

  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and team events
  • Complete travel organisation and assistance with Visas and ESTAs
  • Contract negotiations with hotels in the USA and completing logistics and organizsation for team members in San Francisco
  • Coordinate and organize presentation tools and material
  • Enter and coordinate contracts

Your qualification profile

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • First experience working as team assistant or personal assistant
  • Fluent in English, speaking German is a plus
  • Well organized and structured, as well as able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly
  • Flexibility and a hands-on mentality

What we offer you

  • Working part time or full time (at least 20h/week)
