Your Job Description

Definition and execution of global web analytics strategies to analyze traffic, track campaigns, and report KPIs
Monitoring and adjusting web analytics processes across multiple countries and digital platforms
Discussing business and user requirements with various stakeholders
Implementing improvements in Adobe Analytics in collaboration with external agencies
Utilizing top-tier web analytics tools and dashboards to monitor, report, and optimize web performance
Empowering digital marketers through training while aligning and managing data layer adjustments

Your qualification profile

Master's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or comparable education
Proven experience (4-5 years) and track record in web analytics and data layer configuration
Proficiency in Adobe Launch and Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Deep understanding of KPIs, reports and dashboards and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
A sharp analytical mindset and good communication skills
Very good project management skills (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Monday etc.)
Business fluent in English

Salary range of 80.000 – 100.000 € p.a.
