Your Job Description
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive knowledge content strategy aligned with business priorities
- You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content opportunities and gather project updates
- You are responsible for generating clear, concise, and compelling business-related content across various digital internal channels
- You'll create diverse content types, like articles, videos, podcasts, and editorials, to engage audiences with complex concepts
- You'll plan, produce, and edit radio and video podcast episodes on eCommerce topics, releasing one episode every four weeks
- You'll conduct interviews with internal experts and explore innovative podcast formats, ensuring engaging content delivery
Your qualification profile
- You have proven content creation skills, with expertise in writing and verbal communication
- Your content editing abilities include copywriting, creative writing, and managing internal communications
- You excel in crafting internal corporate newsletters and have experience hosting podcasts
- You are proficient in visual tools like Photoshop enhances your content creation capabilities
- You're familiar with Confluence for collaboration and content management
- Your IT-friendliness extends to Microsoft applications, enabling seamless integration into digital environments
