Your Job Description

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic plans for managed accounts, including identifying customer needs, campaign or product implementation, optimization, and product adoption to achieve revenue targets
  • Campaign Management: Lead the development, launch, and optimization of campaigns by coordinating with internal teams and specialists to ensure successful campaign launches and continuous improvement
  • Customer and Portfolio Management: Maintain and expand customer relationships to achieve mutual business objectives and build long-term partnerships
  • Analysis and Forecasting: Conduct analyses of internal and external data to provide strategic and tactical recommendations, as well as create revenue forecasts and projections for complex clients
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with internal partners to meet specific market and customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Knowledge Sharing and Leadership: Share best practices and feedback internally and externally, and act as a thought leader through participation in training and projects for continuous improvement

Your qualification profile

  • Consumer Behavior Knowledge: Understand digital and traditional consumer behaviors, and how these inform product strategies, program design, and influence sales cycles
  • Customer Conversations: Utilize various questioning techniques to uncover beliefs, motivations, and needs, enhancing customer engagement and understanding
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Combine technical and financial data to differentiate Google products, create competitive advantages, and provide strategic insights through analysis and reporting
  • Google Advertising Expertise: Proficient in digital advertising formats and platforms, capable of building, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns, and providing insights based on performance metrics
  • Google Sales Tools: Knowledgeable in using internal Google tools (e.g., dashboards, CRM tools) to analyze and optimize customer interactions, and identify new opportunities
  • Sales and Partnership Strategies: Develop and adapt sales strategies using customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends; effectively manage stakeholder relationships to drive growth and achieve business objectives
  • German language skills at native speaker level
