Your Job Description
- Development of the customer retention & transformation strategy
- Annual planning, segmentation, forecasting, analysis and understanding the key drivers of churn and deliver insights
- Planning to help engage the base and reduce churn to deliver long-term growth ambitions
- Lead a customer transformation program which includes delivery of new Martech capability, oversee all customer base propositions and pricing, and leverage new communication tools
- Shape long-term customer retention – delivery of near-term priorities/trading with longer term improvement actions to deliver strong retention outcomes
- Leadership and Development of the customer base team
Your qualification profile
- University degree or similiar qualification
- Deep experience within the subscription business with a clear understanding of active & effective management of churn dynamics
- Ability to gain experience in leading, developing and motivating a team
- Passion for streaming products and knowledge which content is trending right now
- Customer centricity and the ability to shape powerful consumer narratives as well as identifying customer pain points to improve the customer experience
- Strategic & data-driven perspective, strong analytical skills to process information from multiple sources and determine direction for optimization
