Your Job Description
- Coordination of new external vendor enrollment
- Processing new purchase orders and amend existing contracts
- Management of multiple projects including managing budget requests submission to Finance
- Keeping balance of budget sheets and acting as topic expert in budget related questions
- Understanding and documenting current workflows and processes according to compliance policies
Your qualification profile
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical professional experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience with SQL is nice to have
- Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management and ability to work with, comprehend and effectively communicate with cross-functional Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
