Your Job Description

Develop solutions in a very dynamic environment between different cultures and mindsets in the context of a Joint Venture
Establish processes for User Manuals, Workshop Information, Special Tools and Workshop Equipment
Develop and implement detailed processes to ensure support to Independent Service Providers according to the legal requirements (Block Exemption Regulation)
Develop the Service Engineering concepts as well as strategies to enable extended vehicle repair possibilities and modifications
Collect and define business requirements and cooperate with IT to ensure availabiliity of necessary information for authorized retailers as well as Independent Service Providers
Establish and maintain relationships with the Retail Engagement Center and be the interface for all stakeholders for all Aftersales relevant vehicle technical topics
Responsibility for smooth repair procedures and processes for Authorized Retailers and Independent Service Providers, ensure training on-the-job, continuous improvement and developing KPI’s and reporting on vehicle technical topics
Ensure a smooth resolution of escalated technical tickets
Analyse and develop further technical solutions to ensure continuous improvement

Your qualification profile

Bachelor or University degree in Automotive Engineering or similar
Deep Automotive technical Understanding on the aera of electrical vehicles
Proven Experiences (5+ yrs) in the fields of technical support, service Engineering and diagnostics with in Aftersales environment
Experience with international and diverse cross-cultural enviroment ideally gained within the automotive sector (2+ years)
Knowledge and understanding of customer dedication and the overall business Aftersales business principles
Project experience is an asset
Big data knowledge, oriented to process automation, advanced MS-Office skills (e.g. Excel, Project), collaboration tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira) and understanding/ handling for application in the area of responsibility
Very good English skills
